Sudhir Rajeshirke is President - Aerospace at Jubilant Enpro, where he leads sales and strategy for Textron Aviation and Bell Helicopters in India. With over 18 years of global experience across aircraft sales, operations, consulting, and private equity, he brings a unique blend of strategic and technical expertise to business aviation.

Prior to Jubilant, Sudhir was COO at JetClub Malta, where he built new verticals in fractional ownership and aircraft management businesses across Europe. He has also led sales at Arrow Aircraft and managed airport consulting projects at Egis India. Sudhir started his career at The Boeing Company as a Field Service Representative, supporting airlines in India, UAE, and the USA.

Sudhir is a strong advocate for aviation policy reforms in India, including aircraft management and fractional ownership.

He has a B. Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Abhijeet Guha Roy brings over 20 years of experience in the civil aviation industry, with a strong focus on helicopters sales, business development, and strategic growth. He began his career in general aviation and went on to serve as Board Director at OSS Air Management and Heligo Charters Pvt. Ltd., playing a key role in expanding operations and building sustainable business models.

Currently serving as General Manager – Helicopter Sales at Jubilant Enpro, Abhijeet has been closely associated with Bell Flight for India, working with government agencies, operators, and corporate clients to expand access to advanced rotorcraft solutions. His expertise spans helicopter sales, fleet management, project execution, and customer engagement.

A Bachelor of Commerce by qualification, Abhijeet is known for his practical approach and ability to align strategy with execution. His focus remains on creating long-term value for customers while supporting the growth of India’s aviation ecosystem.

Over 19 years of experience in jets / helicopter sales and 40 + aircraft transactions to his credit, Gaurav is a known name in the Indian business aviation community. He brings deep industry insight and result-centric approach to aerospace division at Jubilant Enpro. As General Manager – Sales, he leads the aftermarket division and plays a strategic role in supporting both new and pre-owned aircraft and helicopter sales across India.

Gaurav’s career spans leadership roles with leading U.S. and French aviation firms. His expertise is backed by strong academic foundation, namely Computer Science Engineering, Advanced Diploma in software technology, MBA in Marketing, and Masters in International business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France.

Gaurav is actively engaged with Business Industry Forums and Embassy Trade Programs, contributing to international trade initiatives and policy discussions. He likes contributing to social organizations and NGOs, reflecting his commitment to community development and global collaboration.

Karan Sharma is an aviation professional specializing in new and pre-owned aircraft transactions for Textron Aviation, represented in India by Jubilant Enpro Pvt Ltd. As General Manager – Sales, he leads strategic initiatives and client engagement across the region.

A licensed commercial pilot, Karan has held leadership roles at India Fly Safe Aviation, Jindal Steel & Power, UAS International, and Billion Air Aerospace, managing operations across India, Africa. His expertise spans charter sales, airport operations, and aviation marketing.

Known for his innovative thinking and strong industry network, Karan excels in building high-value relationships with HNIs and corporate clients.

He holds a BSc in Information Technology and a CPL from Subic Bay, Philippines. He actively participates in industry forums such as FICCI and Business Today Conclave.

Surinder Dhir is Advisor- Aerospace at Jubilant Enpro. Possess over 42 years of experience in both military and civil aviation across technical management, engineering, maintenance and overhauls, sales, marketing, business development, regulatory, strategy and policy advocacy. He joined Jubilant Aerospace Division in 2005, after a career spanning 22 years with Indian Navy’s Aviation Arm as a commissioned officer, hanging his uniform holding the rank of Commander.

During the past two decades, he has successfully contributed to all business activities of the Aerospace division in various positions. In the present role, Surinder, as subject matter expert provides all technical support and guidance to the team for Bell Helicopter, Textron Aviation and the aftermarket business of division.

He holds a Post Graduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and a Diploma in Management.

Sushma Mishra is an accomplished professional with robust 34+ years expertise in corporate support and office management, particularly within the Aerospace and Media industries. Currently serving as Coordinator – Aerospace Division at Jubilant Enpro Pvt. Ltd., she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless administrative operations. She has been with the organisation since 2006.

Her responsibilities span across comprehensive administrative support for the division, high-volume, multi-channel communications management, coordination of corporate travel for the team, planning and execution of high-level meetings, including engagements with dignitaries and international officials. Her professionalism, adaptability, and tech-savvy approach make her a valuable contributor to Jubilant Enpro’s Aerospace division.

Prior to her current role, Sushma spent over 14 years at HT Media Limited, where she held key positions supporting top-level executives, including the Director on Board and Executive President.

Sushma holds a degree in Office Management and is proficient in MS Office tools.

Roshna is a passionate aviation professional currently working as a Assistant Manager – Sales and Marketing at Jubilant Enpro, where she supports after-sales activities in the Aerospace Division. Roshna comes with a strong technical foundation in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from InterGlobe SAME, a CAR 147 (Basic) approved organization, where she gained hands-on experience with the Airbus A320 family at IndiGo Airlines.
