Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
The Company has a CSR and Sustainability Committee which has accorded its approval to implement its CSR activities through “Jubilant Bhartia Foundation” which is a Section 25 Company (Sec 8 as per new Act) which is in line of the provision of the Act. The social initiatives are implemented in the realm of Education, Health and Livelihood.
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) is a not for profit organization established in 2007 by Jubilant Bhartia Group. The foundation provides consultation to Jubilant as well as other companies in implementation of their CSR programmes as per CSR mandate of Indian Companies Act, 2013.
