Jubilant Enpro Pvt. Ltd. (JEPL) is an authorized SHIP MANNING AGENCY in Mumbai and holds a valid Recruitment & Placement of Seafarers License (License No: RPSL-MUM-007). JEPL’s manning process is properly documented and annually audited for compliance by the Indian Maritime Authorities.

JEPL’s manning service which commenced in November 2005 provides a comprehensive quality manning service on the offshore vessels of its Principal (M/S Tidewater) in Indian waters. In addition, it also provides Seafarers for the Principal’s vessels operating outside the country on a need basis.

JEPL conducts its business with the highest ethical standards and ensures that the interests of both the Principals and the Seafarers are always well protected. JEPL has always endeavored to provide timely relief to the Seafarers on board. This along with prompt wage payments has ensured that a loyal pool of Seafarers has been developed for use on the Principal’s vessels.

Aircraft Chartering
Aircraft Chartering Services division has been giving air logistics support to Transocean Offshore International Ventures Limited since October 2006 and has added immense value to business relations by ensuring timely and smooth Crew Change of the Offshore Oil Rig Crew.

JUBILANT owns and operates BeechCraft1900D, VT-TOI, a twin engine turboprop aircraft with a seating capacity of 17 passengers and one cabin crew. With it’s state of the art Avionics, communication & Navigation equipment and low operating cost, VT-TOI provides an excellent combination of features for Non Scheduled Air Operations. Presently the Charter Operations are based out of the Mumbai International Airport. The operations are run and supported by highly experienced, qualified and dedicated team of professionals.

To maintain highest standards of Air Safety and to assess flight operations to certify the fitness of Operations as per the stringent standards of the Oil and Gas Industry , independent safety audit, by Internationally reputed auditors, is undertaken annually. Aircraft flew a total of 2922 Hrs since 31st Oct 06 to 25 Feb2010. All through the operations a dispatch reliability of 98 percent has been maintained and Aircraft Charter Services carved a niche in the Indian Non Scheduled Operations market.
