The Trading division of Enpro was established in 1992, to capitalize
on the need of foreign companies requiring representation in India
to market their products. This brief subsequently expanded and today
the business also helps identify markets internationally for the
export of identified third party products from India.
Within this business we identified the Fertilizer industry as a
niche segment, and began supplying commodity raw material and chemicals
to this industry. The two key segments within the fertilizer industry
that we trade in are as follows:
Partners
The trading division of Enpro entered into partnership with Rotem
Amfert Negev, which is a part of Israel Chemicals Limited, Israel.
This partnership started in 1992, at the time that diplomatic relations
between India and Israel were resumed. The relationship continues,
and we have been exclusively representing Rotem Amfert Negev Limited,
Israel for marketing their products in India since then.
